I think it's screwed up that they let them sit there for 4 days first (they should've sent them away as soon as they knew what was going on), but I can't say it's unexpected.

The business decides when to start the line, not you.

THE LINE TO THE NEXT GENERATION DOESN'T START UNTIL WE SAY IT DOES!
